What comes in the monthly box?

Each box includes 5 or more products, with a total value of at least $100. Each box contains a mix of luxury and indie brands from Australia and around the world, it will include a mixture of full size and travel size products. Your box will include a mixture of beauty products off all variety, haircare products and makeup.

The products you receive in your first box will be featured on the website at the time you sign up.

When I sign up which month’s box will I get?

The month in which you sign up will be the box you receive. For example, if you sign up between January 1-31, you will receive a January box.

Delivery of ongoing monthly boxes begins mid month

What happens when a box is sold out?

If a box sells out due to unexpectedly high demand, new members will receive the next month’s box as their first box. If this is the case, it will be made clear during the sign-up process.

How long will my membership last?

As long as you are a Beauty Box Club member we will continue to send you your monthly box until you cancel your membership. Your membership can be cancelled at anytime.

Is it possible to change my subscription term

Yes, this can be done by logging into My Account or by contacting us on service@beautyboxclub.com.au

How do I change my shipping address, billing details and other personal information?

How much does a Beauty Box Club membership cost?

  • A monthly subscription costs $35 per month
  • A 3 monthly subscription costs $100 (a saving of $5)
  • A 6 monthly subscription costs $195 (a saving of $15)

What payment methods are available to me?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and ApplePay.

When will my credit card be charged?

If you are a new subscriber, you will be billed on the day that you sign up.

If you are already an active monthly subscriber, you will be billed on the anniversary of the date of your original subscription (whether that be monthly, 3 monthly or 6 monthly).

If you sign up for a 3 or 6 month membership, your membership will automatically be renewed for the same term on its completion unless cancelled prior

What will happen if I have insufficient funds in my account?

If you have insufficient funds in your account at the time that we try to bill you, we will continue to try to bill your card for a few days following, in the hopes that funds become available during that time. If after multiple attempts we are unable to charge your card, your account will be paused.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership can be cancelled at anytime by logging into My Account. Please refer to below on "deadlines for cancelling my subscription" For further assistance please contact us at service@beautyboxclub.com.au

What is the deadline for cancelling my subscription?

To be sure you will not be billed for the next month's box, you must cancel prior to your anniversary date i.e.prior to the next charge being taken from your account.

All monthly, 3 monthly and 6 monthly subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled prior to the anniversary date
