Ardell Brow Confidential Brow Duo What it does: Dual-ended gel and powder system sculpts thickens and defines sparse brows. The transparent gel shapes grooms and sets brows while the tinted loose powder fills in defines and adds color. The clear fixing gel then locks the brows into place with lasting hold.

With a clear Gel and Pomade Wand. Brush brows to desired shape and after pencil, use pomade wand to brush through brows lightly. Use the spoolie to brush through and then set in place with clear gel.
